At an early stage of life for me, one of the biggest stresses was around the area of job searching. I remember feeling very stuck and intimidated by the process. I also remember feeling very frustrated seeing a lot of other people landing their ideal jobs knowing that they weren't necessarily any better than I was. Later on, I ended up becoming an employer myself and i started learning more about the job application process.
I think that one of the reasons that people, especially young people feel so intimidated by job searching is because they don't really understand the process. In fact, it's not just young people, people of all ages often find themselves stuck in a job that they don't particularly like or very anxious about the idea of changing jobs simply because they don't really understand how to break free.
A lot of people assume that in order to change jobs or job careers or work their way up, they would have to go back to study and retrain. In some cases, that might be true, but the reality is, there's plenty of CEOs and entrepreneurs and very highly successful people that have worked their up the chain that have never gained a single qualification in their whole life.
A lot of people will think, "Well, it must be all about who you know and they don't know the right people, so that's why I'm stuck, right?" To some extent, yes, knowing the right people is helpful mostly just because knowing the right people gives you access to the sort of insider knowledge or behind the curtains information that not knowing the right person or people wouldn't give you access to.
When it comes down to most of that behind the curtain stuff, I think most people will be pretty shocked to find out that it's actually a lot simpler than a lot of people realize. The thing that's actually given me the best experience in this area is not just being a boss or manager of staff, but actually becoming an employer of people.
To this date, my company has employed over 150 people across Australia and overseas. I've employed a wide variety of people with a wide variety of skills. Fully employed over 500 people to this date and had the opportunity to look at probably at least 5000, maybe even 6000 job applications over that time too.
Most importantly, I've been able to train my HR staff to be able to do the same. To identify talent very quickly. Even make offers and steal people from other companies if necessary and be able to then, train and motivate those employees to be able to know how to go and train and motivate other people as well. Essentially, I'm in the business of human potential. I'm very good at being able to identify people's strengths and weaknesses very quickly and to be able to get the best out of people. That's my particular area of expertise.
Whether you're a young student just starting out or whether you're further on down the track, either way, if you've been feeling kind of stuck and unable to break free or know how to get yourself into the right position that you want to be. I think you're probably quite surprised at first to find out just how simple some of these tricks can be.
I think realistically, short of being a brain surgeon without a medical degree, if you apply some of these strategies, you could pretty much talk yourself into any job that you want. Again, one of the reasons why these skills and these techniques are so valuable, I think it's simply because they're so rare and so few people really think to be able to do them. Once you found out what they are, you realize they're actually pretty hazy.
What I've done is I've put together an e-book for you where I've essentially outlined these principles in a way that's going to make it really easy to apply and to understand. It's going to show you behind the employer's curtain. I think fundamentally, if you want to be able to influence anybody in this world, the trick is to be able to see the world through their eyes and to really understand what's going on for them.
I know that sounds really simple, but the reality is, that's a rose among thorns. Everybody thinks that they can do that, but the reality is very few people actually can. To get started, the first fundamental things that you need to have is the awareness of what's going on for those people. In this e-book, I'm basically showing you what life is like for employers, how they think and be able to hypnotize. To making you seem a lot more appealing over the other candidates that you'll be competing against.
What you don't want to do is to have to fight or compete for a job. The trick is to know how to say the right things and especially how to present to yourself in a way that will have employers fighting over you. When an employer comes across that rose among thorns, they will fight for them. They will offer them more money or better working conditions and actually try to compete to grab them and snatch them before another employer beats them to it. I think a lot of employees don't realize that, so you want to always, always position yourself and present yourself in that way so that employers are fighting for you so you don't have to fight for them.
If that sounds like something that will be valuable to you, then just click the link below. You can download the e-book or if you prefer listening to reading, you can always download the audio book as well. Either way, get ready to change your career, your future and ultimately your life. Enjoy.
